Yerevan State University's Faculty of Armenian Philology and the Armenian Language Research Laboratory are jointly organizing an international conference dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Hrachya Acharyan.
The conference will be held at Yerevan State University from 8 to 10 October 2026.

History of the Armenian language, historical-comparative linguistics and etymology
Lexicography and source studies
Armenian dialectology
Onomastics
Classical and modern Armenian literature and philology
Manuscript studies, palaeography and epigraphy
Western Armenian grammar and history
Non-Armenian literature written in the Armenian script
Oriental studies and Acharyan's contribution to related disciplines
Folklore, cultural heritage and the history of the Armenian Diaspora
Those wishing to participate in the conference with a paper or a short communication on Acharyan's life and/or scholarly work should submit an application containing the title of the paper, the author's name, academic degree or title, institutional affiliation, email address, an abstract of 300-400 words and 4-5 keywords.
The abstract and accompanying information must be submitted in both Armenian and English.
