Recognizing the importance of continuously developing students' knowledge and skills in modern technologies, applied sciences, and engineering, the YSU Alumni and Career Center recently hosted the TUMO Labs team at Yerevan State University.
The TUMO Labs educational program consists of guided self-learning and practical project components. These complementary methods allow students to acquire knowledge in technologies, applied sciences, and engineering and then consolidate it through hands-on skills. The initiative is designed to contribute to the training of specialists in line with the demands of the contemporary labor market.
Among the attendees were YSU students eager to enhance their knowledge and skills in the technological field and develop competencies aligned with market requirements. Representatives of the TUMO Labs educational program introduced the opportunities in the sector, explaining the guided self-learning program and addressing related questions.
The program is based on high-quality educational resources, learning modules developed by experts, and practical mini-projects, enabling students to learn step by step and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. Within this program, the offered learning tracks include Python, Machine Learning, JavaScript, and Cybersecurity.
The program accommodates students at both beginner and intermediate levels, allowing them to deepen existing knowledge according to their individual interests. During the session, participants familiarized themselves with the program's formats, learning opportunities, and registration procedures.
