Event Titled "German Language Day in Armenia" at YSU

YSU Academic Council Session Hall (Central Building), 5th Floor Reading Rooms (Library Building)

On May 31, 2025, the Chair of Germanic Philology at Yerevan State University, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut, the Central Agency for Schools Abroad (ZfA), and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), will organize the event titled "German Language Day in Armenia."

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Academic Council Session Hall (Central Building)
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: 5th Floor Reading Rooms (Library Building)

The seminar will host over 130 participants, including teachers, lecturers, and students.

Prominent guests attending the event include Iv Tauschwitz, German language expert from the Goethe-Institut, Benjamin Speth, Head of the Central Agency for Schools Abroad in Armenia, J. Swanda, German language expert from the German publishing house Klett, among others.
