International Conference at YSU: "Regional Criminological Conference: Perspectives and Challenges in Combating Crime"

On September 25–26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in YSU Balian Hall, an international conference titled "Regional Criminological Conference: Perspectives and Challenges in Combating Crime" will be held, organized by the Faculty of Law and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. 

The conference will feature distinguished participants, including:

• Professor Jörg Kinzig, Director of the Institute of Criminology at the University of Tübingen, Germany 

• Professor Johanna Rinceanu from the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law, Germany

• Professor Morris Shalikashvili from Tbilisi State University

• Bachana Jishkariani, Head of the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law
