Presentation and Discussion of Research Findings on "Armenian Youth at the Crossroads of Uncertainty and Hope" at YSU

On June 30, 2026, at 16:00, the YSU Sarkis and Marie Izmirlian Library will host a presentation and discussion of the findings of the sociological study "Armenian Youth at the Crossroads of Uncertainty and Hope."

The event is jointly organized by the YSU Faculty of Sociology, the Sarkis and Marie Izmirlian Library, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Center for Educational Research and Consulting.

The presentation and discussion will be moderated by Artur Atanesyan, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor and Head of the Chair of Applied Sociology at YSU.

Speakers include:

• Artur Martirosyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia;

• Mikayel Hovhannisyan, YSU Vice Rector for International Cooperation, Development and Innovation;

• Artur Mkrtichyan, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor and Dean of the YSU Faculty of Sociology;

• Marina Galstyan, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, author of the book and representative of the Center for Educational Research and Consulting.
