On June 30, a solemn diploma award ceremony for graduates of the "Social Pedagogy" bachelor's program and the "Education Management" master's program was held at the YSU Pedagogy and Education Development Center.
Professor Nazik Harutyunyan, Director of the Pedagogy and Education Development Center, congratulated the graduates during the opening ceremony, emphasizing that the new generation of specialists in the field of education is a major achievement for both the university and the center. Harutyunyan expressed confidence that, thanks to their strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the graduates will easily adapt to the modern demands of the labor market, demonstrate flexible thinking and make a significant contribution to the development of school construction and the education system in Armenia. Wishing the graduates professional success, the professor also urged them never to be satisfied with what they have achieved, but to choose the path of lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement.
A congratulatory address to the graduates was also delivered by A. Ghazaryan, Associate Professor at the center and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. Highly appreciating the students' sense of responsibility and diligence during their studies, she emphasized that the mission of a pedagogue and education manager requires constant development and dedication.
During the event, the graduates also delivered remarks of gratitude to the teaching staff. The students noted that their university years were filled not only with the acquisition of valuable knowledge, but also with the assimilation of advanced pedagogical experience.
In her speech, Shoghna Kuyumjyan, a graduate of the "Social Pedagogy" program, said the past four years had become a period of maturity and personal development for them, as they had acquired all the key competencies necessary for a social pedagogue and would therefore continue their professional path with greater confidence.
Lilit Aghamalyan, a graduate of the "Education Management" master's program, said the center's lecturers had passed on not only rich professional experience, but also high human values. According to the graduate, they are now graduating from the university as fully prepared and competitive managers in the field of education.
The official part of the event was followed by the diploma award ceremony, attended by the center's teaching staff, students, parents and guests.
