The one-year Master’s Degree Programme in Human Resource Management (HRM) equips students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills across all major HRM functions, including organizational culture development and maintenance, employer branding, recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management. The programme also covers labor law and coaching, providing students with a well-rounded understanding of contemporary human resource management practices.
The admission process for the Master’s Degree Programme in Human Resource Management consists of two stages. The first stage is conducted in an oral examination format, while the second stage is an interview.
