About the program
Admission requirements
Graduates from RA state and other non-state universities accredited/institutionally accredited according to their professions, who have Bachelor's, Master's degrees, or are qualified specialists with a diploma, have the opportunity to apply for admission to the YSU Master's degree.
The admission of the YSU master's degree will be carried out by the requirements of the "YSU Master's degree (on-site and off-site) admission procedure".
The aim of the program
The programme aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) by introducing them to the theoretical foundations and practical dimensions of HRM; equip students with knowledge and practical skills related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of HRM strategies and policies, as well as contemporary HRM functions; familiarize students with the Labour Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and related legal frameworks, and develop their ability to apply them in professional practice.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the Master’s Programme in Human Resource Management will have broad employment opportunities in the Republic of Armenia, particularly in the following institutions and sectors:
- the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia, and the National Assembly;
- state and local self-government bodies;
- ministries, state inspectorates, committees, departments, and public services;
- the Central Bank of Armenia, state and non-state financial institutions, and banks;
- HRM consulting companies;
- the Armenian HR Management Association;
