Admission to Bachelor's degree programmes offered in the part-time mode of study at higher education institutions is conducted in accordance with the annual admission quotas approved by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

Individuals holding at least a complete general secondary education, initial vocational education, or secondary vocational education are eligible to apply for part-time Bachelor's programmes at higher education institutions in the Republic of Armenia. There are no age restrictions.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1521-N of 30 November 2017, applicants are required to pass the following unified entrance examinations:

• Mathematics (written examination); 

• Armenian Language and Literature (written examination) or Foreign Language (written examination).

Before completing the online application, applicants to the part-time study programmes at Yerevan State University must visit the YSU Admissions Committee on the designated dates and during the specified hours to obtain a National Assessment and Testing Centre (NATC) Personal Identification Number. Once the Personal Identification Number has been issued, applicants must register on the dimord.am portal and complete the online application form.

To obtain the NATC Personal Identification Number, applicants are required to submit the following documents to the YSU Admissions Committee:

• a valid identification document; 

• the receipt confirming payment of the entrance examination fee (where applicable).  

Applicants who are exempt from the examination fee must submit the relevant supporting documents confirming their eligibility in accordance with Clauses 41, 42, and 43 of the Admission Regulations.

Applications for the YSU part-time admission competition and programme preferences must be submitted electronically through the dimord.am portal to the National Assessment and Testing Centre between 5 September and 25 September, inclusive. On 25 September, applications will be accepted until 18:00.

When completing the application form, applicants may indicate up to three study programmes within a single higher education institution. The first programme selected is given priority over the remaining choices. Applicants will be considered for their second or third preference only if vacancies remain available after the competition for higher-priority choices has been completed.

Applicants to Yerevan State University may receive guidance on completing their programme preferences by contacting the Admissions Committee during the designated consultation hours by telephone at (+374 60) 710 777.

The unified entrance examinations for part-time study will be administered by the National Assessment and Testing Centre between 20 October and 27 October.

Information regarding the date, time, and venue of each examination will be sent to the applicant's registered email address. Applicants must print the examination notification and present it, together with a valid identification document, at the designated examination center on the day of the examination.

Applicants are responsible for regularly monitoring the email address provided in their application.

From the submission of the online application until the publication of the admission results, all official notifications and communications will be sent electronically to the applicant's registered email address. Such electronic correspondence shall constitute official notification.
