As part of events dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the founding of the YSU Student Council, an engaging and substantive meeting-discussion was held with Dean of the YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology, Arshaluyss Galstyan, who during his student years stood out for both high academic performance and active involvement in student bodies.
During the meeting, the dean shared memories from his student years and offered advice on making student life more meaningful and engaging. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the early stages of student self-governance and memorable episodes from its development, as well as how experience gained within the Student Council can contribute to the development of professional and managerial skills. The dean also presented his views on the role of the modern philology student in university life.
The discussion took place in an active, open, and direct atmosphere in a question-and-answer format. Students received comprehensive answers to their questions.
