Initiated by YSU Faculty of Informatics and Applied Mathematics, and supported by YSU-Krisp AI Lab, the scientific conference titled "Current Issues in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics – 2025" was held from April 28 to 30.
The conference brought together researchers working in the fields of computer science and applied mathematics, providing a platform to present new results, exchange ideas, and foster scientific collaboration.
Approximately 40 scientific presentations were delivered during the conference, with the total number of participants exceeding 70. The main topics covered included algebra, discrete mathematics, computational mathematics, optimization methods, mathematical logic, theory of algorithms, graph theory, combinatorial analysis and optimization, cryptography, image recognition, artificial intelligence, and applications in the IT sector.
Active participants in the conference included representatives from Yerevan State University, the Russian-Armenian University, the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, and YerevaNN company.
Alongside senior and mid-career faculty members and researchers, a significant number of undergraduate and postgraduate students also took part in the event.
