YSU participates in Armenian International Healthcare Expo 2025
The largest annual event in Armenia's healthcare sector has officially commenced. The Armenian International Healthcare Expo 2025 will serve as a platform bringing together healthcare professionals, innovators, and leading organizations. Yerevan State University is also participating in the exhibition through the coordination of its Alumni and Career Center, along with involvement from the Faculties of Biology, Pharmacy, and the Institutes of Physics.
Astghik Mnatsakanyan, Director of the Alumni and Career Center, stated:
"YSU is participating in the Armenian International Healthcare Expo from November 27 to 30, an event that is truly exceptional in its scale. Our university is represented by several academic units, and during the exhibition, faculty members will also conduct panel discussions and deliver individual presentations. Representatives from the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology will speak on important topics related to public health."
The primary goal of the exhibition is to raise public awareness of health issues while fostering new collaborations with various partner organizations and international institutions.
As part of the expo, a healthcare congress is also being held, bringing specialists, industry leaders, and international experts to Armenia from around the world.
The target audience of the exhibition is broad, encompassing society at large, as public health is a multifaceted field. It includes air quality monitoring, biodiversity preservation, and numerous other public safety concerns.
YSU's participation has been coordinated in close collaboration with the event organizers. The university's academic units joined the initiative with great enthusiasm, recognizing its relevance to their fields and the overall significance of the event. Special meetings were also organized to explore engagement formats and opportunities.
Given the multi-faceted nature of the expo, YSU's Cultural Center is actively participating as well. The YSU Band will perform musical pieces, highlighting the cultural dimension of the exhibition.
