YSU collective agreement extended
The collective agreement signed in 2024 between Yerevan State University and the Trade Union has been extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan and the Chairman of the Trade Union, Ruben Serobyan, signed the relevant agreement, extending the term of the collective agreement concluded on 18 July 2024 by another 3 years.
The collective agreement aims to represent and protect the labour, socio-economic and legal interests and rights of employees.
The YSU Trade Union, which plays an important role in ensuring a favourable working environment at the university and improving the human resources management system, continues to carry out its statutory functions, contributing to the protection of employees' interests and the effective implementation of social programs.
The extension of the agreement aims to maintain social protection guarantees for YSU employees and to ensure the protection and exercise of their labour rights.
