Winners of annual IT educational awards announced; YSU has seven awardees
According to the 2026 results of the annual educational awards in information technology, seven YSU students have received awards.
In the "Best Bachelor's Student" category, Aram Galstyan received a first-class award, while Syuzanna Grigoryan and Ashot Matevosyan received second-class awards.
In the "Best Master's Student" category, Garnik Baghdasaryan received a first-class award, while Eva Dallakyan and Rima Papovyan received second-class awards.
In the "Best Postgraduate Student" category, Aram Sargsyan received a second-class award.
YSU students also successfully participated in the IT educational awards last year, receiving a number of prizes.
The annual educational award in information technology was established in 2005 at the initiative of Synopsys Armenia, based on an agreement signed between the company and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. Held under the motto "Discover the best, inspire the next," the initiative symbolizes effective cooperation between the government, business and the education system.
