Trilateral memorandum signed to promote development and strengthening of justice system A trilateral memorandum was signed at Yerevan State University, aiming to unite the efforts of academic and state institutions in addressing the legal and psychological challenges within the Penitentiary Service of Armenia. The parties to the cooperation are the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology, and the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
