From April 10 to May 2, 2025, the interuniversity sports, cultural, and intellectual competition "Universiada-2025" was held. The event was jointly organized by the Russian-Armenian University and the Military Academy named after Vazgen Sargsyan of MoD RA.
Among the 16 participating universities, Yerevan State University achieved notable success in nearly all categories, securing honorable positions.
Specifically, YSU took first place in the singing, volleyball competitions, and KVN.
In the competitions of “What? Where? When?”, boys’ swimming, girls’ swimming, chess, boys’ tennis, and girls’ shooting, the university’s teams took second place.
YSU’s team ranked third in the girls’ table tennis tournament and received the Jury’s Favorite Award in the dance competition.
Following these numerous achievements, YSU was ultimately declared the winner of the 7th interuniversity "Universiada-2025" competition, demonstrating its high level of excellence across sports, cultural, and intellectual fields.
