Yerevan State University hosted the 5th International Conference "Abegyan Readings", dedicated to the 160th anniversary of Manuk Abegyan.
"For me, it is a great honor to carry the Abeghyan surname. It is equally moving to represent our family at the international conference 'Abeghyan Readings', following the passing of my mother, Hasmik Abeghyan," said Suren Abeghyan, the German-based grandson of M. Abeghyan.
Since its inception, this scholarly event has grown into a distinctive tradition, bringing together Armenian and international scholars to explore the prominent Armenian scholar's rich legacy and contemporary issues in linguistics.
