Lisa Baker Morgan is an independent mediator and arbitrator in the U.S. and France. In addition to her private practice, Morgan is affiliated with the AAA-ICDR, MCLA in Los Angeles, and Mediation & Resolution in Paris. A member of the California Bar since 1995, this former trial attorney has over 17 years of experience in dispute resolution representing both plaintiffs and defendants in U.S. domestic and cross-border disputes. She has served as a full-time neutral since 2021.
Morgan received her JD magna cum laude from Southwestern University and a Master of Laws in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. She received her mediation training and accreditation in the U.S. and Europe, including, with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine, the Center for Dispute Resolution, the AAA, and CEDR. She is qualified with the International Mediation Institute and was recently nominated for membership in the International Academy of Mediators. Morgan is a Higginbotham Fellow with the AAA and a Member of CIArb. Morgan serves as a guest lecturer for the International Courts and Arbitration LL.M. program at Yerevan State University.
