Registration & Fees

Participants can attend the conference either online, with full virtual access to sessions and discussions from anywhere, or in person, offering an immersive experience with networking opportunities and face-to-face interactions. The registration fee does not cover accommodation or travel expenses. A list of accommodation options can be suggested by our team. Please contact bioenv_sdg@ysu.am for your inquiries.

Note: All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The card details of the cardholder making the transaction are protected. If the currency of the Cardholder's Card does not match the transaction currency (Armenian drams), the conversion is carried out in accordance with the rules established by the relevant payment and settlement system and the Bank issuing the Card.

Note: Exclusive discounts and waivers (applicable only to the registration fee) are available based on eligibility and research motivation, with preferences given to participants demonstrating strong academic contributions and financial needs. To apply, please submit a motivation letter and CV to the official conference email with the abstract. The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.

 

 

 

 

  • For in-person attendees at the conference, we will provide lunch and a coffee break for all three days of the event.

  • We offer various types of participation. Applicants can apply for in-person attendance to fully benefit from conference discussions and knowledge exchange.

  • We also offer virtual attendance for authors to present their research papers online; however, we strongly encourage all applicants to attend the conference in person.

Refund Policy (In-Person Attendance)

Delegates who will cancel their registration due to special circumstances will receive refunds according to the following plan:

EXCEPTION: Refunds are not possible if a visa invitation letter has been issued (for all participants).

Visa Denial Cases: The reason for the rejection, along with proof, must be submitted. If the rejection is due to an error on our part, the participant will receive a refund of the full fee, minus a 20% administrative fee.
