From February 6 to 8, united by a shared vision of quality education and a safe environment for children, the Children's Leadership Team held an intensive and productive training retreat in Tsaghkadzor.
Over the course of the three-day program, team members participated in a series of workshops designed to enhance the capacities of young leaders and strengthen their engagement in children's rights protection. During the workshops, participants deepened their knowledge of research methodologies, principles of data collection and analysis, and developed critical thinking skills, all of which are essential for active and responsible participation in public processes.
The training retreat provided young leaders not only with new knowledge but also with opportunities to discuss issues affecting children, exchange experiences, and outline directions for their future initiatives. Through discussions and group work, participants identified specific actions to advance children's rights in Armenia, amplify their voices, and foster their participation in social processes.
The meeting also served as an important platform for fostering collaboration and teamwork among young leaders. Participants strengthened their communication and cooperation skills, which are crucial for the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at protecting children's interests.
At the conclusion of the retreat, members of the Children's Leadership Team presented their upcoming programs and initiatives, focusing on raising awareness about children's rights and encouraging active participation of youth in related advocacy efforts.
