Organized by the Student Council of the YSU Faculty of Geography and Geology and supported by Sarajyan Trainings, a masterclass on marketing and sales was held to introduce students to contemporary approaches in the field and share practical professional knowledge.
The masterclass included discussions on real business experiences, current industry challenges, and practical advice for participants' future professional activities.
The event featured presentations by experienced professionals Inga Muradyan and Henrik Hambardzumyan.
Sales business trainer Inga Muradyan shared her extensive experience in sales management, addressing the psychology of selling, principles of effective negotiation, and methods for achieving measurable business results. Her presentation also highlighted the importance of building effective sales teams and coordinating sales processes.
Henrik Hambardzumyan, founder and creative director of Rare Marketing Space, presented key aspects of developing modern marketing strategies, including approaches based on neuro-thinking. He discussed international experience and provided practical examples from collaborations with various brands.
The speakers also answered students' questions during the session, offering further guidance and insights.
