Professor Elena V. Morozova

Elena V. Morozova is Doctor of Philosophy and Professor at the Department of Public Policy and Public Administration of Kuban State University in Krasnodar, Russian Federation.
Professor Morozova is an influential Russian political scientist, actively engaged in public policy and public administration both in academic and practical spheres. Her activities encompass personnel training, expert consulting, international projects, and significant scientific publications. She leads the academic school “Public Policy and Public Administration.”
Collaboration with Professor E. V. Morozova began in 2002 within joint projects supported by the MacArthur Foundation, and continued in 2016–2017 within the project “Perception of Europe Among Youth in the Context of Contemporary Geopolitical Transformations (Based on Materials from Krasnodar and Yerevan).”
Since September 2025, Professor Morozova has been a visiting professor at the Faculty of Sociology of Yerevan State University within the research project “Socio-territorial Practices of Territorial Governance in Enlarged Communities of Armenia.”
