Students who wish to restore their rights, change faculty, educational program, or mode of study, or transfer to Yerevan State University from other universities, must submit their applications regarding the transfer of credits for previously studied subjects and the corresponding deduction from the established tuition fees to the General Division within two weeks following the start of the semester classes.
