Admission to part-time Bachelor's programmes at higher education institutions in the Republic of Armenia is conducted in accordance with the annual admission quotas approved by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

Applicants holding a complete secondary, initial vocational, or secondary vocational qualification are eligible to apply for admission to part-time Bachelor's programmes. There are no age restrictions.

In accordance with Government Resolution No. 1521-N of 30 November 2017, applicants are required to take the following unified entrance examinations:

• Mathematics (written) 

• Armenian Language and Literature (written) or a Foreign Language (written) 

Before completing the online application, applicants to the Yerevan State University part-time Bachelor's programmes must visit the YSU Admissions Committee during the designated office hours to obtain a personal identification number issued by the National Center for Educational Technologies (NCET). Applicants must then register and complete the online application form via www.dimord.am.

To obtain an NCET personal identification number, applicants are required to present:

• a valid identification document; 

• proof of payment of the entrance examination fee (where applicable). 

Applicants exempt from the examination fee must provide the relevant supporting documentation in accordance with Clauses 41, 42, and 43 of the Admission Regulations.

Applications for admission, including programme preferences and entrance examination registration, must be submitted electronically through www.dimord.am between 5 September and 25 September, inclusive, no later than 18:00 on 25 September.

Applicants may indicate up to three programme preferences within a single higher education institution. The first preference will receive priority consideration, while subsequent preferences will be considered only if vacancies remain available.

Applicants may obtain guidance on programme selection by contacting the YSU Admissions Committee during the designated consultation hours at (+374 60) 710 777.

The National Center will administer the unified entrance examinations for admission to part-time Bachelor’s programmes in Educational Technologies between 20 October and 27 October.

Details of the examination date, time, and venue will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the application form. Applicants are required to print the examination notification and present it, together with a valid identification document, at the designated examination center on the day of the examination.

Applicants are responsible for regularly monitoring the e-mail address provided in their application.

From the submission of the application to the publication of the admission results, all official correspondence related to the admission process will be sent electronically to the applicant's registered e-mail address.
