A training course on the strategic planning process was held on September 27–28 at the Amberd Complex in Aragatsotn Province, organized by the YSU Faculty of Law and designed for academic and administrative staff.

Throughout the course, participants explored various aspects of the strategic planning process, including the formulation of clear objectives derived from the planning strategy, the development of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, improvement of team communication channels, effective stakeholder engagement, and other organizational matters.
The working sessions were marked by active discussions, group work, and numerous suggestions, which highlighted the attainability, measurability, and timeliness of the defined objectives.
The training course was led by Ashot Petrosyan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law.
As part of the program, participants also visited several historical and cultural sites.
