In September of this year, moot court debates were held in the courtroom of the Faculty of Law at Yerevan State University.

The competition featured law students from various universities across the Republic of Armenia, including the Russian-Armenian University, the French University in Armenia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Educational Complex, and the European University Armenia.
The moot court sessions were presided over by judges from first-instance general jurisdiction courts: Arman Hovhannisyan, Serzh Rushanyan, and Ani Danielyan. This provided students with the opportunity to engage directly with experienced legal professionals and gain practical insights into judicial proceedings.
This format not only contributed to the deepening of students’ professional knowledge but also promoted inter-university collaboration by fostering an environment of exchange and healthy competition.
The moot court debates are planned to be held regularly, thereby strengthening inter-university ties and offering students real courtroom experience.
