Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan meets with YSU students
Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, met with Yerevan State University students to discuss regional and geopolitical developments and to answer questions raised by the students.
YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan emphasized that this meeting, organized at the initiative of the students, as well as similar events, represents an important step in promoting direct communication between Armenian officials and students. According to him, the meeting with the Secretary of the Security Council will facilitate access to reliable information and will be politically beneficial, particularly for students of the Faculty of International Relations.
During the meeting, the secretary of the security council spoke about the peace established in the South Caucasus following August 8 and underscored the importance of institutionalizing the peace process, highlighting ongoing efforts to unblock regional transportation and communication routes. In this context, he also emphasized steps undertaken and economic opportunities created within the framework of the "Trump Path for International Peace and Prosperity" communication program.
Students also expressed interest in the relations between Armenia and other countries in the region, which prompted a meaningful and in-depth discussion.
