YSU hosts consultation meeting on how to become competitive professional in the labor market
A new HR group consultation meeting for students, titled "Career Compass: Find Your Path," was held at Yerevan State University through the cooperation of the university's Alumni and Career Center and Coca Cola HBC Armenia.
Tatevik Babayan, the company's Talent Acquisition Partner and Employer Branding Specialist, shared her professional experience and insights with students.
During the session, participants learned the key principles of writing an effective CV, how to present themselves properly in job interviews, and the core skills needed to stay competitive in today's job market. They also got an overview of the working environment at Coca-Cola HBC Armenia and its career development opportunities.
Tatevik Babayan outlined the key stages of the recruitment process and shared important strategies for achieving success.
As part of the interactive workshop, students were divided into groups and analyzed different candidate profiles, discussing which skills and qualities are most important for specific roles. They also had the opportunity to evaluate candidates from an employer's perspective, gaining a clearer understanding of how selection decisions are made.
