A delegation from the Faculty of Economics and Management, Yerevan State University, led by the Dean, Associate Professor Karlen Khachatryan, left for Moscow on a working visit. The visit was organized at the invitation of Alexander Nekipelov, Director of the Moscow School of Economics at Moscow State University and academician at the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the support of the trustee, Arthur Abramyan, who has been actively working on strengthening and expanding the connections between the two leading universities of Russia and Armenia. The delegation included the Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Narine Mirzoyan, the Head of the Chair of Mathematical Modeling in Economics, Associate Professor Alvard Kharatyan, the Director of YSU Business Incubator and the Head of "Data Science in Business" master's program, Professor Ruben Gevorgyan, and the Faculty's Scientific Affairs Coordinator, Ani Khalatyan.

The purpose of the visit was to establish and deepen collaborative relationships in the fields of education and science, based on mutual interests, expanding research cooperation, and promoting academic mobility.
From April 15-19 of this year, YSU delegation visited the Moscow School of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where they met with Professor A.D. Nekipelov, Director of the school, academician at the Russian Academy of Sciences. The meeting was organized by Inessa Avanesova, Associate Professor at the Moscow School of Economics at Moscow State University.
During the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening their collaboration. Discussions also touched upon the prospects of implementing joint educational programs with dual diplomas and the potential for new forms of collaboration to enhance bilateral interests and maximize the effective use of academic and research potential.

For nearly two years, the Moscow School of Economics and YSU Faculty of Economics and Management have been working steadily to establish academic partnership, involving joint educational initiatives, mutual visits, and lectures. Last fall, YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan and Dean Karlen Khachatryan were awarded the "20th Anniversary of Moscow School of Economics" commemorative medal.
The visit also included meetings with leadership and representatives from Moscow State University, the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the European Academy. The attendees included:

Discussions were held regarding the collaboration within the framework of the "Armenian Studies" educational program to be introduced at the institute starting from the next academic year, as well as the joint analysis of regional economic processes and the development of educational exchange programs.
The visit marks the commitment of YSU Faculty of Economics and Management as a leading scientific and educational institution to strengthening YSU's presence in the international academic community. For the faculty, expanding international collaboration is seen not only as an opportunity to enhance the educational environment but also as a strategic direction for expanding scientific and analytical capabilities.
