ԵՊՀ-ում էր Օմանի ազգային թանգարանի գլխավոր քարտուղարը՝ քննարկելու արաբագիտության զարգացման հեռանկարները Երևանի պետական համալսարանում հյուրընկալվեց Օմանի ազգային թանգարանի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ջամալ ալ Մուսավին։ Այցի շրջանակում քննարկվեցին արաբագիտության զարգացման, ակադեմիական համագործակցության ընդլայնման և մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Քննարկումները միտված էին նոր համագործակցությունների ձևավորմանը, որոնք կնպաստեն ինչպես ակադեմիական ծրագրերի զարգացմանը, այնպես էլ հայ-արաբական մշակութային կապերի ամրապնդմանը։
ԵՊՀ-ում քննարկվել են Կատարի հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը հյուրընկալեց ՀՀ-ում Կատարի Պետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մանսուր Աբդուլլա Սալեմ Սաադ Ալ-Սուլայթինին։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող կրթական, գիտական և մշակութային գործակցության հարցեր, ինչպես նաև նախանշվեցին համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված հետագա քայլերը։

Women in science: historical perspective On December 20, 2013, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the resolution Science, Technology and Innovation for Development, recognizing the equal and full access of women and girls to achievements in science, technology, and innovation, as well as their participation in the advancement of these fields. Subsequently, by a decision on December 22, 2015, February 11 was designated as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

Promoting wheat and barley growth under drought stress: YSU researcher's project secures funding YSU senior laboratory assistant Sakshi Satish Singh is studying a natural method for stimulating crop growth. The researcher notes that soil salinization and water scarcity (such as drought conditions) limit agricultural productivity and long-term sustainability. She is convinced that upon completion of the study, she will propose a natural and affordable approach that improves soil conditions and enhances crop adaptability to harsh environmental conditions.
