We are looking for a high-energy, organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy Learning Experience Coordinator to join Lumiverse, Armenia’s leading AI education company. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast in a mission-driven, AI-native, startup-like environment. You do not need to have years of experience. What matters more is ownership, common sense, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to get things done without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
You will help make sure our courses run smoothly before, during, and after each class. You will support teachers, coordinate with learners and clients, prepare the learning environment, solve operational and technical issues, and make the whole learning experience clear, engaging, and high-quality.
What You Will Do
You will support the full delivery process of our custom educational programs.
Before the Class
Coordinate with the client, teacher, learners, and internal team.
Check the training location and make sure the room, screen, sound, internet, seating, lighting, and other practical details are ready.
Prepare links, materials, slides, assignments, Telegram groups, forms, and other course resources.
Make sure the teacher has what they need and solve possible issues before they affect the class.
During the Class
- Welcome participants, introduce the teacher, and explain the course format and practical details.
- Support the teacher so they can focus fully on teaching.
- Help learners with technical issues, exercises, and workshop tasks.
- Make sure the room, technology, timing, energy, and flow of the class are working well.
- Step in quickly when something goes wrong.
After the Class - Send materials, assignments, slides, recordings, and follow-up resources to learners.
- Follow up in Telegram groups and answer or redirect participant questions.
- Collect feedback from learners and teachers.
- Notice recurring issues and help create better workflows and AI-assisted systems for future courses.
We are looking for someone early in their career: a recent graduate, a final-year student, or someone with limited formal experience who already has strong personal qualities.
You may be a good fit if you are:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Resourceful and street-smart.
- Proactive, not someone who waits to be assigned every small task.
- Comfortable taking ownership of small and big responsibilities.
- Reliable: when you take something, people can trust that it will be done well.
- Flexible and adaptable in changing situations.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
- A clear and engaging communicator.
- Positive, energetic, and comfortable interacting with learners, teachers, and clients.
- Calm and practical when something goes wrong.
- Interested in AI, education, innovation, and personal growth.
- Open to feedback and willing to improve fast.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where roles are not always fixed.
Skills and Experience
Required
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Comfort with digital tools: Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram, LMS platforms, forms, spreadsheets, and similar tools.
Armenian fluency. Basic English is useful; stronger English is a plus.
Big Advantages
Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
Experience organizing events, workshops, classes, student activities, or community programs.
Interest in education, AI, facilitation, or operations.
You do not need to know everything from day one. We can teach tools, processes, and AI workflows. But we need someone with ownership, resourcefulness, energy, common sense, and openness to receive direct feedback and grow fast.
What We Offer
- A chance to work at the intersection of AI, education, and real-world transformation.
- A fast-moving, mission-driven, startup-like environment that is constantly experimenting and reinventing itself.
- A flat team structure with no traditional bosses: people take initiative, make decisions, and grow by solving real problems.
- A lot of responsibility and room to act, even if you are early in your career: Learning Experience Coordinator is the starting point, not a fixed box you must stay in.
- The opportunity to move across tasks, projects, and scopes of work based on what you are good at, what you care about, and what the mission needs.
- Exposure to AI tools, modern workflows, and innovative educational models.
- Direct feedback, high standards, and an environment built for fast personal and professional growth.
