Regulation on the admission to master's degree programme (in full- and part-time education modes) of Yerevan State University
All graduates of state and non-state universities of the Republic of Armenia, as well as other accredited/institutionally accredited non-state universities, who hold a bachelor's, master's, or specialist's degree, have the opportunity to apply for admission to the Master's program "Data Science for Business" of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Yerevan State University exclusively on a competitive basis, based on the results of entrance examinations.
The tuition fee for each semester of the “Data Science for Business” Master’s program at YSU is 450,000 AMD.
The duration of the program is 3 semesters (1.5 years).
As part of the Master's program "Data Science for Business", outstanding students have the opportunity to take advantage of scholarships provided by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), supported by PMI Science.
The top four students from the first round will receive the opportunity to study for free on a Master's program in Data Science for Business.
Required Documents
Applicants for the Master’s program must upload the following documents (scanned):
a. Higher education diploma and diploma supplement* (the first page of the supplement and only the Armenian-language section of the grades),
b. Photograph (3×4 size),
c. Military ID (if available) — original (pages 1–4 and 18–19 must be uploaded),
d. Passport (pages 1–4) or ID card (both sides),
e. Receipt of payment of 5,000 AMD for admission services (to YSU’s account No. 2470101276000001 at Ardshinbank CJSC).
Graduates of other universities in the Republic of Armenia in 2026 (who have not yet received their diplomas) must submit a certificate confirming bachelor’s degree completion and an academic transcript, signed and stamped by the rector of the respective university.
The Admissions Committee reserves the right to request an advisory statement issued by the National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility.
In case of submitting a diploma from a foreign university, the applicant must also provide a certificate from the National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility confirming the equivalence of the diploma.

About 1st stage of admission
The documents for the first stage of the Master's degree admission are accepted from June 2nd to 27th of the current year (until 18:00).
The 1st stage of admission exams will be held on July 2nd.
The list of applicants admitted to the tuition-free system in the 1st stage of admission will be posted on the website.
It is necessary to pay the tuition fee of the applicants admitted to the fee-based system (at least 25% of the tuition fee for the 1st semester for each educational program of the 2025/2026 academic year) by July 18 (including).
About 2nd stage of admission
The documents for the second stage of the Master's degree admission (1st sub-stage) are accepted from July 8th to August 15th of the current year (until 18:00).
The 2nd stage of the admission exams will be held on August 22nd.
It is necessary to pay the tuition fee of the applicants admitted to the fee-based system (at least 25% of the tuition fee for the 1st semester for each educational program of the 2025/2026 academic year) by August 29 (including).
