Recording of Artsakh folktales: an electronic archive created within a scientific program "Due to the forced displacement of the Artsakh Armenians, there now exists a risk of cultural loss," emphasizes YSU Associate Professor Nvard Vardanyan. Where is this transformation leading Yerevan’s residents? What is happening to the identity of the city and its citizens? We discussed these questions with Associate Professor Yuliana Melkumyan, Head of the Chair of Social Work and Social Technologies at YSU Faculty of Sociology. She presented her research titled "The Urban Space of Post-Soviet Yerevan: From Identity Revival to Vanishing Horizons" as part of the "Report Conference–2025".
